15 minutes grace period after 15 minutes

From 20-30 minute mark you’ll be charged a $25 fee and after 1 hour late the fee will be $50

Reschedule

Limit on Reschedule

• Clients are allowed one
  complimentary reschedule per session. Any additional rescheduling requests will be subject to the rescheduling fee of $50, regardless of the notice period.

Rescheduling is ALLOWED ONCE up to 48 hours before the schedule shoot date.

After first rescheduled appointment results in a $50 fee to reschedule.

Weather or Emergency Rescheduling

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, regardless of the notice period.

Cancellations

Notice of Cancellation

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Cancellations made from 24 hours to 5 days before the shoot date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit or payment.

No-Shows

• If a client does not show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be provided.



Weather Cancellations

• In the case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to conduct the session, I will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Force Majeure

• In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control (such as natural disasters, illness, or emergency), we will work together to reschedule or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Photographer Cancellations

• If I, the photographer, must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any payments made and the option to reschedule at a discounted rate.
